Below you will find resources to help you to develop one (or more) of these kinds of writing.

In addition to these resources, we encourage you to get feedback on your piece from your peers and/or teacher and to edit / get help from someone else to edit your piece carefully for grammar and spelling as well.

Your submissions should also include a few other elements that are needed for publication––specifically, a title, a byline, a copyright free image and a short bio.

Finally, we ask that you include the name of a teacher who has agreed to endorse your submission.

The following checklist will help ensure that your piece is as accessible, engaging and well-written as you can make it and that it includes all the elements necessary for publication.

When you are ready, you can submit your piece through the Submissions Portal.
