L’infirmière, l’environnement et la santé de l’enfant
The poster below was presented over 2 days at the Quebec Order of Nurses Congress in Québec City in November, 2013.
The objectives were to teach nurses about the particular vulnerabilities of children to environmental exposures and the health issues that are linked to these exposures. We also wanted to advocate for the idea that nurses have a cruc-ial role in preventing harm and promoting children's health by integrating knowledge about children's environmental health into their practice.
