Create a video of how you and/or others navigate entropy.
What are the successes and challenges involved in navigating entropy? What are the different approaches to navigating entropy?
The contest is also an invitation to think about the wisest ways of navigating entropy. Since energy and work is always involved in navigating entropy, are we aware of the cost involved, of who/what is paying that cost, of how they are paying it? What makes one approach to navigating entropy more or less wise than another? What alternative approaches might work better?
Videos that highlight either innovative or problematic ways of navigating entropy are especially of interest.
Two prizes will be awarded!
In the spirit of entropy, the winner of a $25 gift certificate to the Dawson bookstore will be chosen at random. In addition a $50 gift certificate to the Dawson bookstore will be awarded to another student based on the creativity and originality of their video.
