Launched at Dawson in the spring of 2008, SPACE is a web magazine, a series of guest speakers and discussions, an annual conference, and much more. It is, above all, a community, bound together by a belief that we can better understand and live in the world if we think, communicate and collaborate beyond the borders of our various academic disciplines.

Take this year’s annual theme, for instance: Exploring Knowledge Through the Senses. What can we discover about the Senses when scientists, artists, philosophers and others get together? What can we discover about other issues?

Students, teachers, support staff and alumni from Dawson, as well as members of the broader community, are actively contributing their talents, skills and passion to exploring these questions. We invite you to join them.
