This conference has been planned specifically with young women as the audience. The schedule for the day includes activities that are geared towards introducing grade 10 and 11 girls to the prospects of engineering as a career. Our hope is to promote awareness about the opportunities for females in engineering and to encourage the girls to consider all the advantages that come with choosing to study in this exciting field.
